Ben and Rebekah are one of my favorite couples. Not because they are super awesome (even though they are) or funny (they are that too) but because I like seeing them together. They are so obviously in love that it's so wonderful to see. They don't ever stop kissing, saying "I love you" or "You are so beautiful" or "You make me so happy". They are patient with one another. They love each other whole heartedly, completely. I love seeing that in a couple. Especially one of my couples. I love knowing that they are still going to be all ridiculously happy 30 years from now.
Ben and Rebekah chose to have a Durham-centric wedding. We had their engagment session at Brightleaf Square and Duke Gardens. We did their first look at The King's Daughters Inn and part of their formal photos at the East Duke Campus. All the other excitement happened at Parizade on a very stormy, wet day. The storm was so loud that I could barely hear the ceremony and we got soaked. This is actually my first rainy wedding ceremony (There goes my streak!) and also my first Jewish Wedding (which was super cool. Loads of fun!!!!).
Special thanks to Amanda Scott who did the most amazing job planning this wedding too. Everything was beautiful and went off without a hitch.
On to the many moments of their amazing day.
Thank you so much to Bridget McEnaney for second shooting.
